“Disappointed”

I’ve stayed at the Grand Summit several times and usually enjoyed it, but my daughter left a bunch of things in the top drawer of the dresser and when I called the next morning to retrieve them, the staff said they couldn’t find them. It was very disappointing that a nice hotel had no accountability, especially since she’s a single mom on a tight budget and now has to replace swimsuits, underwear and bras.

The room and the hotel were amazing, and I couldn’t find any negatives.

“A beautiful resort to relax and unwind as well as have easy access to trails just outside our door.”

I loved the location and the village surroundings where you can unwind, plus the easy access to trails. It would have been nice, though, to have a microwave and a mini‑fridge in the room.

The bartender at the hotel restaurant was rude to us.

“Good, just use door dash.”

Beautiful location great customer service from front desk and valet staff. My family of four and another family of 4 in front of us in line at the restaurant were repeatedly ignored while trying to grab some food. Took almost 20 minutes for someone to even come talk to us and seat us in a half empty restaurant. Then once seated it took about 15-20 minutes before we even got water. Then they forgot about us again. Something along the lines of this server thought someone else was taking the table but it was a miss communication. The food was good, wish I could say the same for the waiters. Oh and the elevators on one side of the building were broken so the walk to the room took forever because it was on the opposite side of the building
