The hotel features 2 linked buildings, free parking, and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, TV, and minibar. Spacious rooms have carpeted or wood floors. A varied breakfast with homemade cakes is served. The hotel is 3 km from the A4 motorway and 20 minutes from Verona Villafranca Airport.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a lady at the reception (didn't catch her name), she was very nice and friendly and also very helpful, as we needed some support for our pets and she gave us all the help we needed. When we checked-out, the gentleman was also very nice and helpful. After checking in we went out for dinner. When we returned to the hotel we didn't find a parking spot in the outdoors parking area, as 2 customers took up 2 spaces unnecessarily. A security guy told us to park in the internal parking area, but I couln'd do so because I travelled with a rooftop box (carrier) and my car wouldn't fit the parking lot. The security guy was not helpful at all and asked me to park in the street, this was quite unpleasant as I travelled with a very small baby and pets and it would have been ideal if I could have parked closer to the hotel

The staff were available. There were no disposable slippers, the TV wasn’t working, and there were some issues with the bathroom.

The room was very modern, clean, and safe. There was a lot of free parking behind the building. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and they helped us with our late check‑in via email so we didn’t have to rush to the hotel before reception closed. The parking wasn’t well marked, so we couldn’t find it at first. I also didn’t like that the hotel had no road signs, so we missed it and had to turn around.

I stayed in the new building, in a room overlooking the lake; everything was new, clean, and beautiful, and the room felt cozy. The hotel had a lovely terrace with a lake view, an outdoor pool, and a covered pool inside the building. The multi‑level parking with an elevator cost 12 euros. Breakfast, like everywhere in Italy, was sparse but still decent compared to other hotels, and the breakfast hall was large and comfortable, with outdoor seating available. The city centre was very close, just a nice scenic walk away, and there was a great beach nearby. A supermarket right next to the hotel offered a wide selection of wine and alcohol. I couldn’t find anything to complain about.
