“Un’oasi di pace nel cuore dell Umbria”

A small paradise tucked among wheat fields, a peaceful oasis just minutes from Perugia. The spot is perfect: calm and relaxing, yet super convenient for getting to the city. The room was spotless, cozy, and had air conditioning, so we had a great stay. What really makes this place special is the care and kindness of the owner: Francesca is incredibly sweet, helpful, and attentive to every need. Because I had to join a race, I asked for breakfast at 6 am and she arranged a lovely homemade breakfast with a crostata she baked and a cappuccino. A simple gesture that shows the passion and hospitality of this place. A stay I’ll keep in my heart. Highly recommended!

The spot is ideal, right in the middle of nature, halfway between Perugia and Assisi. The breakfast could use more savory options, but the cake made by the owner is divine.

“B&B with history and great position.”

The atmosphere is wonderful, and owner Francesca is so accommodating and helpful; the room was very comfortable. The building was originally a monastery and is 1,000 years old, older than Perugia itself. Set in open countryside, it’s quiet and peaceful but a few minutes’ drive from the city. A bonus is that you can see Assisi from the B&B. Nothing at all to complain about.
