South Stays 4

We liked the very friendly approach of the host, overall the accommodation was pleasant, and the bus and train were close by; we’ll definitely book again for a visit to London. The shower in the bathroom was a bit annoying, but nothing that couldn’t be handled.

“Jeśli się nie boisz to git”

Everything we needed was there, but the location was practically Brixton and we didn’t go out after 7 pm.

“Very pleasant stay. Would always book again.”

It offered great value for money, the rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the staff were super helpful and ready to assist with anything.

“Det var ok.”

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean when we checked in. However, the photo on the website didn't match the room we received; the TV was smaller than shown and sat on a table instead of hanging on the wall. The bed was much lower than depicted. Guests didn't clean up after themselves in the kitchen or bathroom, didn't rinse the bathtub after use, and there was always fecal residue left on the toilet seat after everyone used the toilet. Dirty plates and cutlery were left on the dishes, and we had to wash them again. Unwashed glasses and mugs were stored with the clean ones. Food scraps remained on the sink and countertop after use. The owner cleaned every time they were there, but I think better oversight is needed so everyone follows the rules, and a dish rack should be installed. Additionally, guests were smoking throughout the property.
