“Not occupied as the rooms are worst with foul smell”

visited lodge at about 8.30pm on 02.04.2026.The rooms are giving foul small. The rooms very small in size, and bath room is common for four beds. Room surrounding is dirty. Hence I have not occupied the room. I have a high opinion and regard on booking .com. Hence I booked for three days by paying three days tariff without verification as I thought your esteemed organisation will maintain certain standards before approving and empanelment of the hotel. As I have not occupied and it was worst state of surroundings , dirty rooms with foul smell ,Kindly refund the tariff which was paid by me for three days immedaitely and oblige. “Avoid if you are foreigner”

We had booked our stay two months ahead, yet on arrival we were denied accommodation because they said they don’t accept foreign guests, even though they have reviews from foreigners. It was very stressful, especially since my daughter was ill, and it took four hours to find another place. We appreciate that the staff let us sit in reception and offered tea and food while we arranged alternatives.
