My single room was very spacious, my same‑sex friend’s twin‑bed room was huge as well, while the double‑bed room felt much smaller; everything was clean and comfortable, and for Tokyo that price was incredibly affordable, plus we could store luggage on both the first and last day.

I had a comfy room and the location was great, but the hotel was a bit messy, especially in the lobby and around the elevators. Also, they had removed the water machine, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, it was an okay stay.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made up for some communication hiccups - they always sorted things out with kindness and courtesy. We were a group of 15 adults and everyone was really happy with the stay. Thanks a lot!

The hotel was pretty convenient - close to the subway and with a convenience store nearby. I also loved that they had a luggage scale in the lobby, that was really helpful. However, the bathroom had some issues, like black mold in the shower and a cramped toilet.
