The location is perfect—walkable to restaurants and grocery stores, plenty of space for parking our moving truck, and the building smells great when you enter. The room itself was dark and gloomy, the AC was very loud, and the décor feels dated. We stayed for 6 nights and they only cleaned our room once, never replaced the towels that were on the floor. The food was okay; we ate only once. There was only one working elevator.

Everything was fine. We only stayed one night, which was more than enough. Breakfast was okay, but typical American. At breakfast there was only disposable dishware and cutlery.

A great spot to stay after a late arrival at Dulles airport and enjoy a relaxed breakfast the next morning. Parking is easy outside, the beds are comfortable, and it’s good value for money. A quieter AC in the bedroom would be nice, but it really wasn’t a problem.

Accessibility and friendliness were positives. No pool, despite photos on the website, and a faint mildew smell in the room.
