The rooms were warm and relatively clean everywhere. However, there were no slippers in the rooms, the bedding was dirty, no hair dryer was provided, and the pillows were several years old, had fallen apart, and didn’t hold shape. We tried to sleep with them, but they were useless. We were moved to another room without being warned, and we had to keep asking that we wanted a room with twin beds, yet we received a room with separate beds. The staff were unfriendly, the reception almost never had anyone, so we had to wander around looking for help. The sound insulation was terrible; everything behind the walls and in the corridor could be heard, and water could leak while showering. Out of three days, only one breakfast was tasty.
