“Dezamăgitor – hotelul nu corespunde imaginilor și așteptărilor!”
The location was good, but the hotel fell short of the pictures and expectations. We booked a room for three adults, yet it only had a double bed and an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed, unsuitable for an adult’s rest. The photos of the rooftop terrace mislead guests into thinking there are private balconies, which isn’t the case. The staff attitude was the most unpleasant part: the SPA team behaved rudely, cruelly, and arrogantly, even showing sexist, discriminatory behavior. The rooftop terrace experience was also poor; walking just five minutes to the bathroom could bring other guests to your table, and personal items were moved to the bar without consent. At closing time, staff practically kicked guests out, even if they still had drinks or unconsumed items, insisting they take them to the room. In short, the hotel looks attractive in photos but delivers services that are very disappointing. Lack of respect, staff conduct, and room discomfort turned the stay into an unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend it, especially for groups of three or more adults.
