Good location, good breakfast, clean and quiet room. The front‑desk staff can’t speak much English, so a translator app is needed.

The staff were wonderful, the bath was spotless, the room comfortable and the elevator quick—everything was pleasant, thank you. It was comfortable, though I couldn’t find a tea kettle in the room—maybe it wasn’t there or I just missed it.

The front desk answered politely and left a good impression, and the hotel interior was clean and fresh. Having only one key card for a double occupancy was inconvenient, and a band‑towel in the large bath would have been helpful; the down‑going elevator stopping at L before reaching the first floor felt unnecessary. Offering a few more dessert options at breakfast would delight kids, and providing jam would be a nice touch.

The layout was nice. There was a large public bath, which was great. In the morning there was coffee, but there was no tea.
