The room had great amenities that I really appreciated, and laundry facilities were available with provided washing powder, but the mattress was not super comfortable.

Check‑in was easy at 11 am and checkout was smooth; the furnishings were beautiful and the appliances were high quality, giving good value for money for three nights at only $370. Complimentary water, milk and snacks/cereal were a nice touch. However, the distance from the car park to the room was inconvenient and I had to ask for directions—this was not easy for someone with mobility issues. The bathroom floor can get very wet, and there was no toaster or microwave; not everyone likes to eat at the onsite restaurant or have cold food for main meals, but I still highly recommend the place.

The room was tastefully decorated, modern, and came with extras you don’t see at most places in this price range: bottled water, snacks, breakfast supplies, a coffee pod machine with plenty of pods and both real and UHT milk, plus games and books for a relaxing stay. The environment was lovely, right on the golf course with beautiful grounds, and it was nice to be out of town yet still close to Bunbury and Eaton. I would have appreciated a proper tax invoice, which neither the hotel nor anyone else could provide, because I travel for work. I stayed three nights and it would have helped to receive a third set of towels, cups, bowls, etc., or to have the room serviced after two nights to replenish everything. There was no place to wash dishes except the bathroom sink, and the towels didn’t dry well when hung in the room. These are minor issues, but improvements could bring it to a 10/10.
