The front desk staff were friendly and the location was convenient, yet the room was shabby, the sink was clogged, the shower drain was blocked, the hallway smelled strongly, the management was incompetent, and the price difference was huge—over 300 CNY on other sites versus more than 500 CNY here, so I’d advise others to watch out.

The breakfast was pretty good. The room was old and has a slight smoky smell although I am staying in non smoking room. During my 4 nights, the cleaner has never came to vaccum the carpet. I notice a few piece of rubbish on the carpet from day 1 to day 4. Food was good in the hotel restaurant

Good hotel. Location and staff are fine. The windows don’t open and there’s very little fresh air.

I stayed at this 5-star luxury hotel, which was amazing overall, but our experience at the Teppanyaki restaurant was a letdown. We struggled to order in English, and the prices ended up being way higher than we expected - guess we should've done our research. Despite that mishap, the hotel itself was top-class.

I loved the location of this hotel, it's super close to the exhibition hall MRT, and the service staff were really friendly. However, the furniture in the room looked a bit old, which was a bit of a disappointment.
