The place was clean, pleasant, and very reasonably priced. Breakfasts were good enough and varied. I can recommend it without hesitation. The only downside was hearing neighbors and the condensers’ fans from the air‑conditioners outside.

The staff were very friendly and professional, always listening to guests. Unfortunately, the hotel’s parking is not clean, which is a shame.

The location is very convenient, with Dolmus right outside the front door, buses 4 minutes away, and supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy all within 50 meters. The rooms facing the street get noisy when the windows are open, and on the first floor the cleaning staff start bringing their materials in the morning, which is quite loud.
