“Great birthday weekend.”

I was there to celebrate my birthday, and a big thank you to Alex, Sha Sha, Zeya, Smile, and Vivian for the cake and good wishes. A lovely lady at the buffet arranged a special non‑fizz drink because I can’t have carbonated drinks. I also received two wonderful spa treatments from Julia. Since I’ve been staying here since 2024, the staff always recognize me and greet me warmly. Unfortunately, my spa session that day was interrupted five times, and in four of those instances the attendant was extremely loud while handling products.

“Great hotel”

Breakfast offered a wide range of options for every palate, from Asian to Western and local dishes, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The spa was also excellent, and I received one of the best massages I’ve ever had. However, the high humidity caused some areas to develop mold, which triggered allergic reactions, and I would have liked more restaurant choices within the building.

Everything was excellent, and in my opinion this is the best hotel in Yangon. I just wish the refrigerator could get colder.

“Get proper air-conditioning!”

The hotel is beautiful and located in a great spot. I stayed several days, but the air conditioner never worked well enough to cool the room. An electrician was called, but they only said it would take time to fix it; the room stayed hot and humid, and no solution was offered, making the stay very uncomfortable.
