The view from the room was indescribable; I spent most of my time on the balcony or near the sofa by the window and never wanted to leave. The service was excellent, and the Wi‑Fi worked. I called the staff at 6 am and they answered right away. There was a swing where I sat for hours watching the sunrise and sunset. Everything was perfect.

The location was awesome and easy to find. The rooms were very comfortable, neat, clean, and beautifully organized. I stayed in December during Christmas/New Year, and the scenery, especially at sunset, was amazing. The staff were professional and helpful. I’ll definitely come back in the next few months. Highly recommended. 👍

It’s poorly built. It rained and water leaked in from the shed, which is just a plastic structure. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES.

The place is reachable, and the view is nice but not outstanding. The caretaker and cook are friendly. Dhanaulti, Surkanda Devi temple, Tehri dam, and Chamba are easily accessible from here. The stairs between the parking area/cafeteria and the rooms are exhausting, so it’s not suitable for kids, the elderly, or obese people; the owner should have mentioned this. We booked three nights but left on the third day for Chamba because of the stairs. There are no fans in the rooms, so on sunny days it can get hot; keeping the door open is the only way to stay cool. The roof is metal, which makes noise during rain—problematic for those wanting a quiet sleep. There is no wardrobe or almirah; we booked two rooms and found none, so a stand was used to hang clothes.
