The staff were very good and helpful; our train arrived at 7.45 AM and they gave us the room at 8.00 AM. The location is right next to the bus stop that goes to Machu Picchu. It isn’t a hotel, more like a hostel, the bed is extra small and the total room size does not exceed 10 × 10 feet, so you can’t even stretch your legs. Breakfast was very poor—just one egg, a glass of juice, and two slices of bread, that’s it!

I found the place comfortable and overall a good spot to spend the night, and it was very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu.

The staff were super friendly, and I had a really nice stay. The hotel is just in the center and convenient to all the stuff.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly, she couldn’t speak English but we managed to communicate perfectly through the translator on our phones; she went above and beyond by storing our luggage after checkout, giving us a bag of breakfast because we had to leave for Machu Picchu early in the morning, and even walked with us to the bus station late at night to buy tickets that saved us a lot of time the next morning. The location is also perfect, close to the bus station and the train, pretty quiet and felt safe.

スタッフがとても親切。場所が便利な場所で駅、バス停、観光センターに近く、温泉、買い物、食事、何も困りませんでした。. シャワーのお湯は一度全開にしないと熱くなりません。壁が薄いのはおそらくどの建物も繋がっているからで、話しの内容、咳払い全て同じ部屋に居るくらい聞こえます。なので、他に誰もいなければ静かでとても良い宿です。
