The house’s location was great. Too many trees meant a lot of wasps and ants, and the glass entrance door had no screen, so we had to shut it immediately. We notified the owners about the ants hoping they would fix the issue.

The apartment was clean and fully equipped, very close to the sea, and the host Rossella was very kind. The only drawback was that the single air‑conditioner was located in a small corridor and couldn’t cool the whole house.

A huge apartment in a quiet area with a stunning terrace overlooking the sea and Monte Cofano. The sandy beach with turquoise water is not too crowded and just a 2‑minute walk away. The house comes fully equipped for a holiday. Mrs. Rossella was very helpful and gave us great dining tips. The air conditioning works, but a single split for the whole house might not be enough on hot days.

The main highlight was the location – we were only 100 meters from the beach. Nothing else to add.

The place was wonderfully spacious, tidy and fresh. The large rooms and lovely outdoor terrace were a treat, and the view was phenomenal! The host was super friendly and responded quickly.
