The place was clean and easy to get to, and it was a 5‑minute walk to the MTR station. Nothing to complain about.
“Unpleasant”
The coffee shop in the lobby was nice, but the hotel was infested with mosquitoes and far from the metro. The room had a cigarette smell even though it was a non‑smoking room.
“Not worth the money and inconvenient.”
The room was large, but it was dusty, the service was poor, and there were countless mosquitoes; the staff seemed clueless and everything was self‑service, and dinner was just leftover breakfast food.
Everything was very clean, but everything was labeled in Chinese and I had to use another language.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and bathed in natural light, and the staff were very friendly and attentive; the hotel itself is modern with very clean common areas. Everything went smoothly—nothing to complain about!
