The house has a traditional style, a washing machine, a good shower, and a kettle. There is no air conditioning, the mattresses are firm, and the main issue is the guest’s disrespect. When I arrived, I asked about the cost and was told it matched the booking. Later, two of us were invited to dinner with the family—no price was mentioned, just an invitation. I accepted, thinking it was hospitality. After staying two more days, I asked again about the price and was told we had already discussed it. I was pleased with the nice people and gave them gifts. On the last night, when I was ready to pay, I was told the cost was 1.4 million for four days. That’s not huge, but it’s awful to learn you’re being asked to pay for something you thought was free. I’m not willing to pay that and would have avoided staying if I’d known. Not informing a guest about a paid service and then announcing the final bill on the last day is insulting. The price nearly doubled from the original, from 768 k to 1.4 million. That’s disgusting. They’ll smile at you and then bill you if you agree to the “family dinner.”
