“Great location”
The location is great, the apartment is big, and it was clean. The contact was poor.

The whole apartment is well furnished, very comfortable and clean, and you can access the elevator from the first floor but that’s not a big problem; I definitely recommend it. The stairs to the first floor are a minor inconvenience, but nothing major.

The room was spacious and everything was fine.

The flat was good and the host was very responsive, making it a nice place to stay, but the AC in one bedroom was very noisy.

The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere and the station for the Hiroden line to Miyajima is only 2 minutes away; the accommodation was clean, they left detergent for laundry, and the air conditioning was generally good, yet the room next to the living room has loud air that makes it impossible to sleep with the AC on.
