The stay went smoothly overall, but they waste a lot of water when washing and the toilet tank drains a lot.

El área de masajes con Dani, fue excelente, fueron muy amables todas las personas de ahí y del mantenimiento. El lugar es muy tranquilo y si descansas. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a los espacios y habitaciones, la chica de recepción desganada y sin ganas de trabajar y contesta de mala gana preguntas. La comida no está nada buena y si quieres shampoo o jabón para el cuerpo tienes que ir al spa

The place is pretty, but the service was disappointing; there was no light—though that wasn’t their fault and they never mentioned it, no hot water, requests took hours to be fulfilled, we didn’t get a personal attendant, and there weren’t enough candles.

Being surrounded by forest with no Wi‑Fi is a plus, but some dishes ran out and the shower supplies weren’t high quality.
