The location, cleanliness, service, fast internet, and the courteous, respectful staff are all excellent, especially thanks to Mr. Ahmed at reception for his cooperation and dedication to providing the best services for guests, and I also give great thanks to the resort management.

The place was beautiful and wonderful, offering all services, with a refined and excellent approach, especially from Ms. Noor and the team at Beto Far who provide all comforts and happiness for guests, solve any problems they encounter, and constantly check on them and meet any requests.

The hotel and room were very beautiful and refined in every detail, with friendly and always smiling staff who are very helpful, especially Ms. Iman, Mr. Ahmed, and Mr. Mustafa, who never fell short and were very refined with us, providing anything you need at any time; despite the large number of guests, the atmosphere is pleasant and service is very fast, the room is large, clean, and overlooks the pool, arranged for us by Mr. Ahmed, may God bless him. I honestly recommend it.

The location is good, but overall it was very bad.

I started by thanking the service for this wonderful experience. Regarding the hotel, it is one of the most luxurious and clean hotels on the North Coast, featuring a clean and spacious room suitable for a family of five, daily housekeeping with towel and blanket changes, and a fantastic view overlooking the pool, as well as quick room delivery upon arrival or departure. Additionally, there are several entertainment options including shops, restaurants, amusement parks, and a disco, and there is a beach. I did not like how quickly the days passed.
