The room was lovely with a stunning view and the staff were wonderful, though the walk from the reception to the accommodation was very long.

The cleanliness, infrastructure, and various services were all excellent, but the bed was too soft.

The hotel is spacious and well-equipped with many pools; the beach is very clean and the staff are enthusiastic. The rooms were still a bit dusty, but I pointed it out and the staff provided an air purifier.

It was relaxing, but there were limited activities and the room was too small.

I was blown away by how the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable; every staff member was kind, helpful, and always ready to help; the interiors and grounds are absolutely gorgeous; the room was spacious with many beautiful finishes and touches; the minibar’s initial stock was complimentary; breakfast buffet was incredible, offering Vietnamese and Western options; there are plenty of pools and hangout spots, with the pool bar standing out; the private beach access was lovely for a morning stroll; the nightly fountain show was fun; the nightclub was a great Friday night activity; the spa was divine; there are plenty of restaurants; it’s definitely an adults playground and a great way to unwind after a busy week in Ho Chi Minh; even when something didn’t go smoothly, they compensated—for example, a mix‑up with a Tai Chi class from resort activities led them to give me a complimentary 1‑hour paddle‑boarding session; the only improvement would be the body wash/soap, which seemed to dry our skin, though I’ve never really liked hotel body washes; communication around resort activities could improve, as I didn’t realize I needed to book 8 hours in advance for one, and when I booked a 6 am Tai Chi class it wasn’t clear how to get there on time, causing a bit of a mix‑up; but they made up for it, still ran the class for me (even though the location changed and by the time I found where to be it was about 20 minutes after the scheduled class) and gave me a complimentary 1‑hour paddle board, which I really appreciated.
