Bright rooms feature contemporary furniture, flat‑screen TVs, seating areas, free Wi‑Fi, coffee and tea. Amenities include a library, business centre, concierge, and coin‑operated laundry; Hualien Railway Station is a 15‑minute drive away.

The location is excellent, right next to a market with many famous restaurants, and Hualien city sights are within walking distance; the hotel kindly gave free snacks and drinks on the first night and offered tea and ice cream in the evening. The rooms are spacious, with medium‑firm beds and pillows and a bidet. We stayed for five nights and the cleaning staff always kept things tidy. The toilet is a bit high, the light‑filter and blackout curtains could be swapped for easier use, and the toilet area has a door that feels unnecessary; closing it can bump your head, but it’s not a major problem—just a bit of extra arm movement.
