Cleanliness and location were fine, but the advertising was misleading. The promised deals, especially for massages, couldn’t be used; when I tried to book, the rooms were supposedly full and there was no availability until after my checkout. I later confirmed both rooms were empty and the staff were idle. At the customer service desk, you greet them with “good morning” and they keep checking paperwork until they feel like helping you.
