The Saudis Abdulilah and Abdullah Al-Marzouqi were energetic and enthusiastic, reflecting their professional quality, and the location was generally convenient. Unfortunately, the pool was closed; my son tried repeatedly, but in the end we only watched the pool. A Saudi guest gave us misleading information that breakfast would be on the executive floor, but it was actually on the ground floor.

I liked how comfortable the bed was, the view is stunning, the organization and environmental care are impressive, and I appreciate that the hotel avoids plastic—this is why I keep coming back. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and caters to those on a diet. The room cleaning, however, isn’t very smooth.
