“Poor”
Clean room, nice food, handy location, easy parking. As a resident, being told that the last orders at the bar are at 9.30pm is poor. As a resident, not being able to have breakfast until at least 9am is not workable. Spent the best part of £400 in the restaurant and had the bill presented hurriedly, then asked to pay immediately so they could close up, which is pretty poor. The manager had a poor attitude to all this and we would never stay or visit again. I guess that’s the problem with employing younger staff who live off site – they simply want to lock up as quickly as possible so they can get home / out for the evening.
