The room and bathroom were spacious, but the staff at the front desk were friendly in the evening while the women in the morning were not smiling, not friendly, sad, and the whole atmosphere felt gloomy and morose – the hotel was not cheerful.

The hot baths and spa were great, yet the temperature during the evening meal was off and the air conditioning draft was noticeable.

The room was comfortable with a garden view, the reception staff were pleasant, and the whirlpool in the room was a highlight, but the restaurant staff were not very pleasant and we had to wait a long time before being served.
