The loft was very cozy and stylish, with beautiful wooden furnishings. The pool didn’t look very appealing, and the drinking water was unfortunately not refilled; we also missed a toaster, but the water issue was addressed promptly.

The bed was uncomfortable, there was no safety or emergency equipment, and the management failed to provide 24‑hour service, gas, electricity, or language assistance; overall the property needs better management and 24‑hour support.
