The food choices were fine. The staff were rude and pushy, preferring club check‑in. Karla kept calling the room, insisting we had an appointment with her even though we clearly said no at check‑in. The balcony area was dirty and the bed lounge was missing a bolt, making it look unsafe.

The stay was very relaxing, the food was nice, and the staff were super friendly. However, the preferred club isn’t worth the money and feels like a scam.

Breakfast was good, and I was pleased to see a variety of different foods offered.

A stunning spot surrounded by jungle, with spacious, spotless rooms loaded with plenty of amenities. The food was a 10 and the service matched that score.
