“Terrible”

The pool. Did a 3 hour drive? There made a phone call prior to me. Leaving my house to be informed. That checking time is at 3 o'clock. We got there a little after 3:00 pm try to check-in, but was informed that we would not be able to check-in because the room was not ready. We were unable to check-in until 6PM, then we wanted to take a shower after the long drive. Went to get bath towels because there was none in the room was not provided bath towels until 8:30 PM. And when they gave me the tails , they provided me with pool Towels Would not recommend this place at all. They were so unorganized when i went to the front desk to ask questions or to get help, there was never nobody at there

The location was convenient for walking my dog and there were many nearby dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel left me very disappointed: check‑in took over an hour and a half, and the staff were rude when I asked for an extra set of towels—our reservation was for three people but only two sets were given. The biggest problem was that I suspected bed‑bug bites during our stay; after reporting it, staff promised to move us to another room but never did, leaving us in the same room with no concern or follow‑through.

“It was horrible. Four whole days and no room service at all after multiple requests”

I was glad to be near my family during my visit, but the hotel felt almost empty and the service was practically nonexistent.
