The location across from the train station was great. The room was good, and the breakfast staff were terrific. A bus line runs beside the train station, and there’s a great Chinese restaurant just around the corner—highly recommend it. We had to carry luggage up 6 steps to enter the hotel, so it’s not handicap accessible, which was very surprising for Switzerland.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for train travelers, though it’s a bit too high up if you want to be closer to the sights. This hotel should be better advertised; there was a construction site in front of the building, making it look cluttered.

Die Lage ist Top, der Bahnhof ist in unm,ittelbarer Nähe. Die Bar mit grosser Terasse ist genial und die Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Man kann die Berge im Hintergrund vom Neuenburgersee sehen

The hotel impressed me with its great location, a lovely room and suitable furnishings, making me feel completely comfortable and I gladly recommend it. The food was also excellent.
