Great location, 10 minute walk from Shibuya crossing but down a quiet street. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here. It was a little complicated to get into the building. It took us 10 minutes to understand the instructions and get in

-. Très mauvaise expérience. Le logement était très sale, le verrou de la salle de bain était cassé et le code d’accès ne fonctionnait pas. Une seule clé nous a été fournie pour 5 personnes. Le logement était annoncé pour 5 adultes, mais les lits de 120 cm étaient considérés comme des lits 2 places, alors qu’il était impossible d’y dormir à deux. Deux personnes ont donc dû réserver un autre hôtel à leurs frais. Malgré nos nombreuses demandes, aucune solution ni aucun geste n’a été proposé. Très décevant

The beds were small, very soft, and probably need replacing; otherwise, everything we needed was there.
