The staff were very friendly and still did their job with love, the room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly had blinds for the first time, which helped us sleep very well, plus the mattresses were comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, not far from the dreamy city center, and also close enough for nature hikes. All in all we were totally delighted and will book again next year.
