Great hotel, comfy clean room, killer location—everything in the room was set up for our dog.

“Wir hatten Urlaub und wir wurden gut versorgt - optimieren kann man immer”
The food was wonderful! The staff were very friendly. Overall, the carpets and carpeted floors in the hotel should be removed – a little freshening up would do the hotel a lot of good. The internet only works partially.

Nice indoor pool. Good dinner. Very good masseur (Stefan). Very nice natural pond. Very professional waiter (Feher). Good location. Very nice wellness area.
Unser Aufenthalt im Wellnesshotel Schönruh war rundum super. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die schöne Wellnesslandschaft, in der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut und ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns wirklich gut erholen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Saunas werden erst um 14 Uhr aufgeheizt. Das war aber eigentlich kein Problem für uns, nachdem wir es wussten

“Schöner Wellness-Kurzurlaub”
We came to Hotel Schönruh as a young couple for a short wellness holiday and were very satisfied. The décor is very old‑fashioned, but everything is clean and tidy. The room is spacious, the bathroom a bit smaller. It was very quiet, you hear nothing from the neighbouring room. The bar area is very large with many seating options, superb service and drink selection. The wellness area is top, there are many lying options, 4 saunas and steam baths with self‑service peels. Nice tea and snack bar. There were always enough towels. In the textile area there is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a steam bath, all large enough. Even with bar service, good building structure for this. Big praise also for the restaurant and service. The food was truly high‑level, you always have a good selection and there is always enough of everything. Thank you to Mr. Plamen for the good service and charming manner. We will gladly come back. The room was a bit cold, the heaters had not yet turned on in September. The view from the room looked out onto a café terrace on the same level.
