The place was lovely, clean, convenient and the staff were amazing. The bunk beds were probably my mistake; I thought they were four single beds, obviously forgot to say we were in our 40s but all round good. Also no TV in the room.

Perfect location, not too far from the Playhouse. The team stops below it. Easy access and easy to walk too. Not water to shower in the morning, and it was raining that day too.

Location! £4 for a wash and dry, kitchen facilities fantastic, heater in room good, warm doona, huge room (201?) with good shower pressure. The shower was lukewarm at best. On the last night (of 3) I asked if there was another shower I could use because I desperately needed to wash my hair. They checked the boilers; the shower was tolerable. They explained that with large groups this is a problem and that they know the boilers are due for an upgrade. We tested the shower at different times, with no change. For the price charges, compared to other accommodation, it was a first‑world problem. The UK isn’t known for great showers, so we put up with it!
