The A/C worked but probably had no gas; the air never got cool. Lighting was poor with 15‑watt bulbs, and the mattress was as hard as it gets.

The room was fine. The manager’s attitude was very cold and as prickly as a cat in water.

Kindness and service from the owner. He pointed us to a very good restaurant for dinner. Too bad there isn’t a restaurant service in the evening.
