Jane was very friendly and helpful. There was a fully stocked honesty bar inside a cozy, comfortable seating area where we could enjoy the drinks at our leisure. The entire place was spotless. We appreciated the small extras in the room, the check‑in was easy, and the location was good. Parking was an issue because it’s street parking; the website does mention street parking, so we were aware, but we were unlucky and couldn’t find a spot, so we had to park further away at a paid car park.

The hotel did not provide meals or breakfast. Nothing else; the stay was great.

There were nice little extras like cookies and face wipes, and the bed was comfortable. Nothing else.

I stayed in a lovely contemporary‑styled modern room. A fridge stocked with a bottle of water was a nice touch, especially in the summer. The room offered a good selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, plus tasty fresh cookies. The hosts welcomed me warmly upon arrival. The hotel had a well‑stocked honesty bar. It’s well situated on Blackpool’s North Shore, and there’s a nearby tram stop for traveling to attractions in the South. The room was a bit warm, but opening the windows to let in the Blackpool breeze helped. Breakfast isn’t offered, but a very nice independent café (Cafe47) is close by, open on weekends, and provides a reasonably priced, excellent quality breakfast; the owner had the menus available for this.
