The only pleasant person I met was at breakfast, and then there was nothing more to say—nothing else worth writing about this misnamed hotel. Everything that was described regarding comfort and equipment turned out to be false: the room, the bed, a broken fridge and nothing else. It was far from the center and tucked into a small street corner, so taxis struggled to find it. The hotel was in the worst possible condition. The so‑called “repeated” breakfast was inedible, or only suitable for a very specific group, and it was repeated because there was nothing else available… every detail was bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family during the winter season, and it was a great find. The heated outdoor pool was a wonderful feature, allowing us to enjoy some fun in the snow. We also appreciated the thermal baths, both public and private, which were perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating. The room was spacious, although it showed some signs of wear, and the kids loved the buffet.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable, with the swimming pool and stunning mountain views being definite highlights. The staff were friendly and available, always happy to assist with any queries or requests we had. However, our room was unfortunately very hot, and the air conditioning struggled to reach the bed properly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
