Breakfast was amazing and Karen, the breakfast lady, was incredibly friendly. The desk clerk during the day was also very kind. I appreciated the ice machine on every floor, the room was comfortable, and it was cleaned daily. They did a great job overall. The air conditioner made a bit of noise, but it didn't bother us. The TV was a little tricky to navigate to get the channels we wanted. My husband spotted a bug in the bathroom one night—just one, and only that one night.

Cindy at the front desk was the most helpful and kind, making the entire check‑in flawless. I loved the property. The only downside was the time it took for the mattress to be changed.

The room was good for the price. The shower sliding door acts on its own—it slides open every time I close it, so it needs fixing.

Almost everything was fine: the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed and room were comfortable, the breakfast was good, the place was quiet and uncomplicated, the aroma was neutral, and the pool was clean even though it was small—definitely staying there again. The location is a drawback; it’s close to a major freeway and not a walkable area, and I didn’t find it beautiful. On two separate occasions in the back parking lot near the pool, I saw vagrants sitting on the curb of the property lot, which is concerning for women swimming alone since the pool area is somewhat isolated.
