“This hostel is a scam when I arrived they didn’t allow me to check in, the person on the reception said that this hostel”

This hostel turned out to be a scam: when I arrived they didn’t let me check in, and the receptionist said the hostel was only for Indians and foreigners were not allowed, even though that was not listed in the description. I had to find another hotel because of their treatment; the hostel was just a floor with beds, and the toilet was outside the room on the stairs.

숙박을 못했으니 알수가 없죠. 인도인 전용 숙소입니다. 체크하기 전 1시간전에 와서 확인 못하고 방문해서 체크인 하는데 말하더라고요. 그래서 숙박을 못하고 바로 취소 문자 보내서 숙소에 다시 방문해서 취소해달라고 말했습니다. 아니면 위약금을 지불해야 하니까요?. 인도 전용숙소여서 부킹닷컴에서 검색 외국인에게는 검색 안되게 해야 하는거 아닌가요? 여기 말고도 드런 곳이 몇군데 있는 걸로 직접 경험했습니다. 그런 느낌을 받았지만 어쩔수 없이 받는 곳도 있는 걸로 알고 있습니다. 이것을 체크하셔야 외국인 관광객에게 피해가 없을듯합니다. 시간 낭비 얼마나 귀중한 시간인데 알아보고 예약하고 가서 체크인 하는데 다시 취소 해야 하고 고객 잘못도 없는데 위약금때문에 다시 시간 내어서 취소하고 취소되었는지 확인하고. ㅋㅋㅋ 참 시스템 고치셔야 할 듯합니다
