The reception staff were very polite. I was looking for a place mainly for parking, only learning upon arrival that there were just four spots, so at night I had to take a taxi to avoid the risk of not finding a place. There’s a drink dispenser that only works with coins, no change machine, and the reception couldn’t exchange coins, so at two in the morning I couldn’t get anything to drink!

I was looking for a family member, and the staff’s treatment was excellent – this is my second time. It looks a bit old, but that doesn’t detract from the great price and location for me.

It’s a two‑star hotel on a single floor without an elevator on the south‑side outskirts of Turin, with old furniture, broken outlets, and windows that need replacing, yet the room was very clean, quiet, with a bathroom and balcony, complimentary pillows and blankets, very friendly and caring staff, parking in front of the entrance, and the metro is a five‑minute walk – a solid value for money.

The staff were courteous and the location is good. Rust and mold everywhere, and the toilet paper had already started to deteriorate when we arrived.
