The garden room was spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped, set in the old stables with the original feed trough preserved; the firm bedding was perfect for me. The inner courtyard garden was very pleasant, but the breakfast room could use better lighting at night and there was no microwave.

We went there for a wedding nearby, so we came back early in the morning to rest; the bedding was very comfortable for a truly restorative sleep. Beware the access and mezzanine room for those who can’t use the stairs.
