Waanzinnig locatie, vlak bij de Erawan watervallen; nog geen 10 minuten rijden, waardoor je daar vroeg kunt zijn. Werkelijk geen enkele vraag was te moeilijk of teveel. Erg klantgericht en super vriendelijk. Eten gewoon goed. Door de locatie ben je wel gebonden aan het eten ter plaatse. Ontbijt veel keuze. Goede transportmogelijkheden, wel betaald uiteraard. Mooi en rustig gelegen aan de rivier. Voldoende kano's gratis ter beschikking, met goede paddels en voldoende reddings/zwemvesten in meerdere maten. Zwembad top, schoon en mooi gelegen. Cocktails, die moet je gewoon proberen; geweldig. Iets duurder, maar daar krijg je ook wel wat voor terug. Helaas konden wij hier maar kort verblijven

The chalets are very nice and comfortable. There’s an outdoor pool next to the river where you can use kayaks and paddle boards. The staff are friendly. It’s close to the Erawan waterfalls and the park.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, which made it a great place to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the varied breakfast options, and the dinner choices at the hotel were also very good. As there isn’t much within walking distance of the hotel, we appreciated that the hotel arranged transport for us to and from Erawan Waterfalls at a reasonable fee. They were also very kind and accommodating, stopping along the way so we could pick up various snacks, which was especially helpful when travelling with the kids. One of the highlights of our stay was kayaking with the kids, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the peaceful surroundings and friendly service made our stay very pleasant. It would have been helpful if the dinner service hours, which end at 7 pm, had been highlighted more clearly. Thankfully, we arrived just in time. After a long day of travelling, we also found the assistance with our luggage to be limited. The room was not cleaned each day, and the dinner plates left outside were not collected overnight, resulting in them being covered in ants by the following morning.

“Das Hotel ist sehr attraktiv gelegen”

Breakfast had a small selection but was perfectly adequate and very good. The staff were always very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The houses and facilities at the hotel are somewhat in need of maintenance (the shower rod was unfortunately “broken” and was simply removed and placed next to the unit after we pointed it out). But the climate makes it extremely difficult to keep the building in good condition. The restaurant closes at 7 pm, and there aren’t many alternative options nearby if you don’t have a car.
