The traffic was light. The photos on the booking site were very different from reality, the tatami was worn out, and the futon and pillow smelled bad. I stayed on the third floor and had to use the stairs; it was raining, yet a foreigner was still using the dryer. I wanted hot water, but it was only available in the first‑floor common area. The hotel lacked a front desk, so I couldn’t borrow anything. Nearby parking was scarce (and pricey), but the overall price was decent.

We found the rooms nice and comfy, though five of us felt a bit cramped; the beds were great, and the spot was in a pleasant area—definitely back again.

The location works well, close to a grocery and a manageable walk to the train station, but getting a room change for my sister’s concussion was a nightmare—customer service was hard to reach, we ended up paying for two rooms, both smelled old (the accessible one more so), the trash bins were tiny for five people, and on the last night we had to swap back to the original room because the accessible one vanished; a staff member barged in and flipped all the comforters upside down without asking, which I didn’t appreciate.

I highly recommend these apartment hotels; they offer unbeatable value in Tokyo 👌, spacious for my daughter and me, excellent bedding, a fridge in the room that proved useful for our multi‑night stay, spotless cleanliness, shower products, toothbrushes, razors, cotton, cotton swabs, a hairbrush, and two bath towels per person ☺️, air‑conditioned and extremely well‑located! A 7‑Eleven is a 4‑minute walk, and the metro is 10 minutes away. We felt right at home, thank you 🙏 Ras
