Roadcamp - American Motel & Sportsbar

We really enjoyed our stay at Road Camp. The room, styled in American motel fashion, gave a unique vibe, and being able to drive right up to it fit the concept perfectly. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar at night, and we didn’t book breakfast, so we can’t comment on those. Overall, it was a good experience for anyone looking for a different American motel‑style stay. The only downside was the location in an industrial area, which we already knew before booking, and the room’s back‑to‑kitchen position that let in noticeable grease and kitchen smells. Because of that, opening the window for fresh air brought the odor back in, which was the sole major drawback that slightly dampened an otherwise positive impression.

“Preiswert und zweckmäßig”

The location is quiet, the rooms are large, the bathroom is spacious with good shower pressure, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly, but the scrambled eggs were almost finished at 8 am and the coffee tasted bad.

I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, each time having a great cup of coffee on the bench outside the building.

My German Saint Bernard and I really liked it 👍👍 we would stay there again and again.
