The host was kind and helpful, trying to accommodate breakfast times as needed. The location is quiet and isolated among forests, about a 15‑minute drive to the center of Plzeň. The garden is beautiful. However, the kitchen equipment was insufficient for cooking, the bathroom fixtures were worn, the toilet leaked, and the apartment needed a deep clean (windows, carpet, loose handles).

I’ve stayed in many hotels and inns from 3* to 5*, and this place offers everything you could want for the price per night. The location is quiet and calm. The room is beautiful, spacious, and well laid out. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return with family for 3–5 nights. The owner comes across as very professional. Breakfast and parking are excellent. No issues at all.
