The place was close to the beach and the rooms were pretty roomy, which I liked. The food could have had more variety though.

“Luckily the food and the drinks made me happy”

The staff were friendly and the view from the fourth floor was great. The meals were tasty and generous. On the downside, the bathroom stayed dirty for a long time and had mold. The women's restroom door at reception was broken the whole stay, so it never closed. They claim a free beach shuttle, but it actually takes you down a hill and you have to find the contracted beach yourself—so we ended up paying for umbrellas and sun‑beds.

The rooms didn't match the pictures at all. The bathroom smelled like sewage at night, and it wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The pool water was awful. When I asked about cleaning and room differences, the staff almost gave me the door. Parking was a nightmare, too.

Everything else was fine and we felt comfortable. We were really disappointed that the private beach was closed; we missed it a lot. The indoor pool water was freezing, especially in the rain, so it was unusable. If the beach could reopen, the hotel would be a lot better.

“Beautiful place nice facility spacious but bad staff attitude”

The room was nice, spacious, and well equipped. The staff, however, rarely smiled and never said please or thank you; they treated us like enemies.
