I booked the room for its jacuzzi, but the second day it had serious issues and the water smelled awful, which was a big let‑down. On the first day there was no remote for the TV, so we couldn’t use it; the next day they gave us one, but it was dead and we had to replace the batteries ourselves. We were told there would be daily housekeeping and a fresh breakfast each morning, yet that never happened, and we never received a time. The parking instructions we got via texts were wrong, forcing us to waste time carrying luggage when a closer spot was actually available.

Thanks for two amazing days at Filiantra Suites. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, warm, and roomy. The balcony outside offered a stunning view. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, promptly addressing every request and ensuring we were comfortable. We’d love to return.

The cleanliness, amenities, personal care, the helpfulness of the staff, and their willingness to meet our every need were all outstanding. The only downside was the weak internet signal.

There’s always something to eat—pastries, cakes, toast, eggs, honey, jams, pastries, drinks, milk, juice—and the next day the same selection is ready again. Everything else is spotless, with excellent features like a jacuzzi, a very convenient sofa, a high‑quality mattress, and a room crafted with great attention, taste, and quality materials and furnishings. The value for money is unmatched. Kudos to Eleni and Michalis for their presence whenever needed, their courtesy, and their suggestions.
