The hotel sits in a great spot, rooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff were helpful, though the AC made a squeak when on, which was fine once it was turned off.

The room was clean, the staff very helpful, and the location was strategic near the city centre and the bus station, but the breakfast only had salty items and might need something sweet.

The room was pleasant and the bed was good, and the hotel is centrally located—Liverpool is a great city! The breakfast was very minimal, with little butter and only two packets of jam, all oddly packaged; the shower water pressure was a trickle, making it hard to get wet, there was no wardrobe, no luggage rack, which was quite exhausting.

Friendly service. I was really disappointed with the room, having no drinking water and only option was bathroom water, ordering a drink from room service that never turned up and then having to chase a refund the next day
